Learn in this order
- 1 Keyboard practice Optional Skip it if you're already quick. Most of your time working with an AI is time spent writing requirements. Slow typing is a direct tax on that. Start
- 2 AI fundamentals Required Knowing what AI is good and bad at is what lets you decide which work to hand over and which to keep. The beginner track alone is enough for the job. Start
- 3 Talking with AI Required Bring a real work document and talk it through with your Laria learning buddy. "Summarize this" gets far less than "three sentences for an executive briefing, lead with the numbers." Start
- 4 Prompt practice Required Open the lesson, compare a vague prompt with one that supplies a goal, context, and output format, then test both in Laria. Explain which answer meets your goal and verify its claims. Start

Tips that make it easier
Don't invent new work. Take one task you already have and do that one with an AI first. Save the prompts that worked. The same task will come around again next month. Use only data you are allowed to share. Changing names and numbers may not anonymize a document and may change the answer. Prefer a small fictional example when learning.
